TOGETHERNESS SUPREME

This powerful feature is a story in the context of the presidential elections of 2008 in Kenya and the violence that followed in its aftermath. The film is situated in the heart of the largest slum area – Kibera - of Africa. Togetherness Supreme was made by the inhabitants of Kibera, where violence forever changed the life of many. In 2005 the short film, Kibera Kid, was made and received many awards worldwide. After the terrible events in 2008 they decided to make another one. TS is a unique project of the Hot Sun Foundation. This foundation makes films with young creative inhabitants of Kibera. The collaboration overcomes discrimination, violence and poverty.
