Félicité

Félicité is a singer in Kinshasa. She is a single mom and lives alone with Samo, her 16-year-old son. One morning she receives a phone call from the hospital. Her son was involved in a motorcycle accident and is severely injured. He risks losing his leg if Félicité does not find the money needed for the operation. She sets off on a desperate quest through the city and is confronted with her past as well as her dreams. But just as she reaches her goal, her son's leg is amputated ...
