For 15 years, the Congolese surgeon Denis Mukwege has been operating in his hospital in the province South Kivu women who are victim of sexual abuse. In 2014 he was awarded the Sakharov Prize. This film shows the point of view not only of the doctor, but also of the caretakers and their patients. It is a cry for attention of the rest of the world.
