In today’s Casablanca, chaotic but beautiful, violent but appealing, two childhood friends, Adil and Karim, live together. One of them employs children to sell cigarettes but then decides to put his life back on track and that he wants to help his family out. The other one found a miracle solution for all his problems : buying a visa and a work permit to emigrate to Malmö in Sweden, a mythical city he once saw on a postcard. Violence, racketeering, sex and foul language...never before has a Moroccan movie touched upon so many taboos at the same time. The Moroccan movie CasaNegra was selected to represent Morocco for the Oscars 2010.
