Algeria 2019

In April 2019, Camelia, a young Franco-Algerian filmmaker, goes to Algeria for the second time in her life, for the first time to film. She captures the contemporary identity of this country, when the last presidential elections are being held and part of the population manifests against Bouteflika’s fifth term. She shows the demand of the people and daily life in contemporary Algeria.
