AFRICA IS BACK

William Klein, an American photographer and cine-artist, directed a documentary abou the first Pan-African (PANAF) Film Festival in 1969. ‘AFRICA IS BACK’ was filled at the second PANAF in 2009. It deals with the failure of African independence, fully conscious that any solutions are to be found in the united hands of Africans themselves, who is unity must engage in resistance and pragmatic thinking, through which to build up a strong Africa.
